An art-led journaling gathering for mothers.
Each intimate session centres on a carefully chosen work of art, revealed on the day. A painting, poem, or photograph that holds more than it first appears. Together, we spend time looking closely, write in response to a series of crafted prompts, and gather in conversation around what emerges.
The gathering is guided and unhurried. You do not need to know anything about art or consider yourself a writer. You only need to be a mother who wants to engage with her experience of motherhood consciously, alongside other mothers doing the same.
For this session, we will spend time with a painting, presented as a postcard for each participant to explore individually.
You will leave with an envelope containing another artwork and a set of prompts to continue the reflection at home.
We welcome mothers at every stage — expecting, newly arrived, or years into the journey. Babies in arms are welcome. Spaces are limited.
The event will be held in English and will be photographed.
