Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 25 June 2026

These terms govern your use of The Mother's Gallery website and your participation in any events, products, or services we offer. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

About The Mother's Gallery

The Mother's Gallery is a creative project operated by Živilė Meškauskaitė-Gomes, based in Vilnius, Lithuania. We host intimate gatherings for mothers using art as a starting point for reflection.

Use of our website

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from our website — including text, images, and designs — without our prior written permission.

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we reserve the right to make changes at any time without notice.

Bookings and purchases

By completing a booking or purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.

All prices are listed in euros and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not affect bookings or orders already confirmed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking or order at our discretion. If we cancel an order already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Intellectual property

All content on The Mother's Gallery website — including text, images, designs, prompt cards, and event materials — is the intellectual property of The Mother's Gallery unless otherwise stated. Nothing on this website may be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.

Public domain artworks featured on our website and materials are used in accordance with their public domain status. Credit is given where applicable.

Participation in events

You participate in Mother's Gallery events at your own risk. We take care to create safe and supportive environments, but we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during an event.

You are responsible for the safety and wellbeing of yourself and any baby accompanying you at all times.

The emotional nature of reflective practice means that participants may encounter unexpected feelings during a session. The Mother's Gallery is not a therapeutic service and is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are experiencing significant emotional difficulty, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional help.

By attending an event, you consent to being photographed for promotional purposes unless you have notified us otherwise in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Mother's Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website, your attendance at an event, or your use of any product or service we provide.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the booking or product in question.

Third party links and platforms

Our website may contain links to third party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party site. Links are provided for convenience only.

Bookings and payments may be processed through third party platforms. Their own terms and conditions apply to those transactions.
