Intimate journaling gatherings for mothers, using art as a starting point for reflection — helping women process, capture, and make meaning of their motherhood.

Experiencing motherhood through art

Experiencing motherhood through art

Who we are

We bring together small groups of mothers in beautiful, intentional spaces. Together, we look at a curated work of art and let it ask us something, and journal toward the answer.

This is not a workshop. It is not therapy. It is simply unhurried, guided time to explore the depth of the motherhood experience.

At each gathering, a work of art is chosen carefully and revealed on the day. A painting, a poem, a photograph — something that asks us something about ourselves. We write using specifically crafted prompts. We share, if we want to.

For moms-to-be, new moms and mature moms alike. Babies are welcome.

The Reflection Sessions | July 27 | Vilnius
€35.00

An intimate art-led journaling gathering for mothers.

We meet in Reformatų parkas, Vilnius — on blankets under a tree, with journals in hand and phones put away. Each session centres on a work of art, chosen carefully and revealed on the day. A painting, a poem, a photograph, something that holds more than it first appears. We look at it together, let it ask us something, and write toward the answer using attentively crafted prompts.

The session is guided and unhurried. You don't need to be a writer or know anything about art. You only need to be a mother who wants to experience this chapter of life consciously — rather than simply move through it.

You will leave with your journal a little fuller and an envelope in your hands — another work of art and prompts to carry the reflection home with you.

The Reflection Sessions welcomes mothers at every stage — expecting, newly arrived, or years into the journey. Babies in arms are welcome.

Space is kept small and intentional.

Writing is a way to come home to yourself.
